In some cases I need to know the exact RAM on your computer to compare with the configuration information when I buy it in PC store, or to upgrade the RAM machine correctly and effectively. Can you guys tell me the ways to check Computer RAM?

On Windows, press the Windows key + R
On the new window, type "dxdiag" and press enter
Here you have everything you want, from CPU to GPU, including your RAM amount ;)

Here are some common ways to check RAM information correctly on your computer.

1. Check through Computer Properties.
For Windows 8 or later, right-click the This PC -> Properties icon. Similarly on Windows 7 and earlier, go to Start-> right-click My Computer icon on the desktop and select Properties.

You can easily see the RAM information as shown below:

2. Check computer information with dxdiag command.
First press Windows + R -> enter dxdiag-> press Enter or select OK to open.
You check the RAM information in the table that appears.

3. Check with the msinfo32 command.
Similarly press Windows + R-> enter msinfo32-> press Enter or select OK to open.
Pull down and see RAM there

4. Use the CPU-Z software.
You can go here to download this software for installation and use for your PC.

After installation is complete, please restart the CPU-Z software -> select the Memory tab to check the RAM on the computer.

Check Memory tab to check the RAM on your computer

For example, in the image above:
- Type of RAM (DDR2).
- Size: RAM is 2GB.

Good luck!

Find how much RAM is installed?
  1. From the Desktop or Start Menu, right-click on Computer and select Properties.
  2. In the System Properties window, the system will list "Installed memory (RAM)" with the total amount detected.

Thanks you guys, I can use all your ways to view RAM on my PC. I realize that the way right click on Computer and select Properties is the easiest way to view RAM for a newbie, it also like using Window button + Pause break key on the keyboard. All ways work perfectly.
