How to root the Moto X Pure Edition

Hi !

I just received a Moto X Pure Edition and, as an Android user, I'll only be satisfied when it will be rooted.

Here is how I did, first some prerequisites :

1. Download the Motorola Device Manager HERE. You need it for your phone to be recognized by your PC.
2. Unlock your Bootloader by following the directions HERE
3. Download fastboot HERE and CF Auto root HERE
4. Extract CF Auto Root in the same directory where you put fastboot.
5. In the developer parameters, activate "USB Debugging". (If you don't have the developer parameters, go to "About" in the parameters and touch 5 times the "Kernel Version")

Now for the few steps to root the phone :

1. Shut down your Moto X and turn it on while holding the power button and the Volume - button. Your phone should turn in the fastboot mode.
2. Plug your phone to your PC and launch root-windows.bat from the fastboot directory.

Just wait a bit and... tada ! Your Moto X Pure Edition is rooted !
