Android Tab E App Manager?

Is there a great app manager than you can shut down background running apps easily. Android seems to leave so much running in the background all the time. I would like to be able to open an app and quickly shut apps down.

Smart app manager seems to be the way to. It is easy to use and has all the tools that you are looking for in a application. Try installing it and let me know if it worked for you and did it make things easier for your app managing problem

Smart App manager definitely does what I need to do but in a long way. I would still be interested in finding something faster. Like task manager in windows. or even better start up manager. This is in relation to the post I did on the Tablet as a hotspot devices. So that I can kill anything that is eating network speed.
