Is there an ad blocker for apps?

I know it's a strategy from app developers to put tons of ads in their gaming apps to earn some money, and also give people the option to pay for the game to remove all ads. However most of these games aren't worth paying one or two dollars for, knowing there are better games in the store that don't have any ads (unless you choose to watch one yourself).

By any chance, is there an app or a way to remove all these unwanted ads from my game, so that I only need to watch an ad if I ask for it myself?
