There are many reasons why your iPhone's Wi-Fi signal strength is slow, and the article below will show you how to fix the problem for users running iOS 11, in some cases. for both iOS 10 and 9. Sometimes when you encounter problems iPhone can not access the Wi-Fi network, while other devices are still accessible normally.

Start or reset iPhone
- With iPhone 7 back: Press and hold the power button until you see the Slide to turn off appear on the screen.
- With iPhone 8/8 Plus: Press the Power + Volume down button until you see turn off icon on the screen.
- With iPhone X: just press the volume up key and the lock key at the same time, keep the screen, then the screen will show the power off as usual.

Restart the router
Sometimes the router will not play the Wi-Fi network even if the Ethernet connection is maintained, so restart it. This process will automatically delete all wrong DNS configurations, or run ipconfig /flushdns in the Windows command line.

Reset network settings
Open Settings> General> Reset and select Reset Network Settings.

Added optional DNS for Wi-Fi
- Go to the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Touch Wi-Fi, touch the icon (i) near the Wi-Fi network. Select Configure DNS and click on Manual. Now enter the alternate DNS addresses.
There are 2 DNS that you can exploit with the corresponding parameters are Google (8.8.8.8; 8.8.4.4) and OpenDNS (208.67.222.222; 208.67.220.220).

- Restart Wi-Fi on iPhone.

Use signal amplifier
Wi-Fi amplifiers are great accessory for home or office use. There are a lot of signal amplifiers on the market that you can buy, but it's a good idea to choose from best brands or trusted providers.

Update iOS
You can update iOS from the settings on iPhone by opening the Settings> General> Software Update> Check for Update.

Router may be corrupted or obsolete firmware
The last thing you can do is handle the router by updating the firmware. Try resetting the router and updating the firmware for it. In case the router is too old, you can buy a newer one.
