Looking for a cheap camera to film vlogs and music videos

I'm on a really tight budget, but I need some more equipment for projects I want to start. I don't know a lot about video cameras, but what I do know is I need to find a good balance between quality, mobility, and price. I would say my budget is around $200; more if you can make a good argument for me. The only thing I am really looking for in the camera is that it is easy to transport and can film in 1080p. I understand that a newbie like you will be tight on a budget since it seems like, these days, you need some money to basically start doing anything.

the nikon d3100 I use it for photography and I've recorded on it a few times its around about £150 - £200 ($280 dollars) the quality is amazing I would totally recommend it for beginners/advanced.
