Apps to create Funny Pictures on Android and iOS?

I am using both Android and iOS on smartphones and needing to create funny pictures and sharing my friends to make them LOL. What are the best apps for this task?

You should try out iFunny and iFunFace.
With these two applications you an create hilarious pictures, along with animations, captions and basically everything that can come across your mind. Also, let's not forget about the memes
Both of them are completely free and you don't need any kind of experience to start making funny images.

They are very similar to the JibJab application which you have probably already heard of. Differences are very minor and it boils down to a personal preference
