Hello!

Like many of you, I use a lot of programs that require a password to join.

How can I find a good app to keep track of my passwords securely ?

I would like an app that would keep them in a list but that I can only see.

I would write the passwords in a notepad app, and then put a password on it. It's still not the safest thing to do, I would even recommend writing down your password on a physical notebook and putting it in a locked box. Or limit my passwords, so that I only need to remember a few.
Anyway, here's what I've found on putting a lock on notes on an iOS device:

Open the Settings app and go to Notes > Password. Here you'll be able to set up a password and activate Use Touch ID. With this setting enabled, open Notes and find the note you want to password-protect. Tap the share icon at the top righthand side of your screen and select Lock Note.
