When the iPhone gets a low battery, the system immediately limits the performance of the device to ensure battery life is adequate. However, this feature sometimes annoys the user because of the jerky performance of the device. The following article will guide you how to turn off performance on iPhone when the battery is low.

To turn off iPhone performance when the battery is low:

Step 1: Update your iOS operating system to 10.3.

Step 2: Go to Settings and select Pin.

Step 3: Select Next Battery Status.

Step 4: In the "Top Performance Capacity" area there will be Off. Touch to turn off performance restriction when your battery is low.

Good luck.

Wow, this is a neat configuration to improve device performance. Thanks! :)

Is the setting available only on iPhones? I can't seem to find it on my iPad on iOS 10.3.
