Good Day forum members,

I have a friend that was not able to use his Iphone 5s phone because he forgot his Icould ID/Password. I would like to as what is the best way for him to do so that he can use it again, since the phone is still in good condition.

Does he have two factor authentication?

The best way to resolve this issue is try to get the icloud id that we used to set after buying iPhone and this icloud id must be he's primary email id ;so with the help of it you can recover the password and use the iPhone as required. Just give it a try.
