If you work by entering the search box to open Settings, the interface will display as below you need to select the Account to switch to the same interface.
Step 3: Now that you are in the Settings for account> you choose Next sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
Step 4: A window will open asking you to enter your Microsoft account and password, if you do not already have a Microsoft account click on Create one! Then refer to the article How to create a Microsoft account on the computer and phone for instructions to create your own account
Step 5: You are required to enter the password of your previously installed laptop. If you do not set a password you can click Next to ignore it.
Step 6: On some machines you may be asked to use Windows Hello, this feature is like the two-factor authentication to protect your laptop computer in the best way.
Step 7: Since there is no need to use step 6 in this step, skip this step, so you will be redirected to the Settings page for the account, but instead your Microsoft name and email are already displayed instead. So the default name of the machine then that.
