Use Quick Post

When you are on forum homepage of Smartphones.Best, a Quick post section displays below the navigation. Quick post lets you post content, media, tags through threads into forum categories on the forum, if you have an account on the site and already logged, just clicking on: What's in your mind, your username? and you can use this feature.

When you click on "Post thread" then your thread will be submited into the forum as you chose.
