Infrared/Nightvision Camera

I have recently heard about a few phones that have one of these features, but i cannot remember the brand of the product, nor the exact name of the product. I really cannot remember it for dear life, so i was wondering if any of you kind people can help me out with this. I know only that they are different products, one has Infrared camera that can detect heat and the other one has Nightvision, meaning it can basically take pictures and record in a complete dark. I also know that they are about $600 if that helps you somehow.
