So this question might seem a little weird, you might ask yourself, why would anyone even want a phone under $100? The answer is pretty simple and obvious actually. It's for my father 
And as you might have guessed, he doesn't care one bit about 4K ultra HD cameras nor 8GB of RAM. He just needs a good, functional smartphone that can perform basic options and that will also last and serve him well.
So what recommendations you have for me? OS, company, brand absolutely doesn't matter as the phone is the absolute BEST you can find for $100 or under.
