Open the menu and select Settings, then in the section, choose Personal Backup and restore. Once inside we choose Factory data reset. Tap “Reset device” to delete all data on your phone and restore original factory settings. By default, all your phone's internal storage will be erased.

Here I will help you to summarize ways on how to recover smartphone by using hard keys.
Note: The "Reset" process will erase all existing user data including contacts, messages, application ...

Hard keys used during reset include:
- Power key
- Volume up, volume down.

General actions for Android smartphons:
Step 1: Turn off the power.
Step 2: You refer to and operate under the phone company below.

SAMSUNG smartphone

Press and hold the "Volume up" key + "Home" key then press the "Power" key.

When the smartphone vibrates and displays the Samsung logo, release the "Power" key. The device will enter Manual Boot mode.

- Select "Wipe data/factory reset" (Use "Increase/Decrease" volume to move, "Source" key to select).

- Select "Yes - Delete all data user".

- Select "Reboot system now" to finish the factory reset process.

ASUS smartphone

Press and hold the "Increase volume" key + "Power" key for 5 seconds.

When the smartphone vibrates and displays the Android logo, release the keys. The device will enter Manual Boot mode.

Select "Factory reset" (Use "Increase/Decrease" volume to move, "Source" key to select).

HUAWEI smartphone

Hold down the 2 power keys + decrease the volume until the recovery interface appears.

Use the volume down key to scroll to "Wipe data / factory reset" and use the "Power" key to confirm.

After the restoration is complete, select "Reboot system now" to reboot the phone.

ZTE smartphone

Hold down the power key + volume down until the Android logo appears, release the key.

Hold down the Power button to access the "Recovery mode".

Use the volume down key to scroll to "Wipe data/factory reset" and use the "Volume Up" key to confirm.

After the restoration is complete, select "Reboot system now" to reboot the phone.

ACER smartphone

Hold down the 2 power keys + increase the volume until the Android logo appears, release the key.

Use the volume down key to scroll to "Wipe data/factory reset" and use the "Power" key to confirm.

After the restoration is complete, select "Reboot system now" to reboot.

LG smartphone

Press the "Volume Down + Power" button for a few seconds until the LG logo appears, remove the "Power" key, keep the "Volume down" key and then press the "Power" key again.

Press "Down Volume" scroll down> Press "Power"> Select "Yes".

Press "Down Volume" scroll down> Press "Power"> Select "Yes" to finish. After the restoration is complete, the device will automatically restart.

HTC smartphone

Press the "Volume Down" key and the "Power" key until the HTC logo appears, release the "Power" key and remain between the "Volume Down" key until the computer enters Recovery mode.

Press the "Volume Down" key to scroll down to "reboot to bootloader", then press "Source" to confirm.

Select "BOOT TO RECOVERY MODE" > Select "wipe data/factory reset"> Select "yes - delete all user data".

After the device finishes erasing the data, select "Reboot system now" to reboot.
