If you are lucky, around 200$, not more.
And that is the case if you iPhone is good preserved.
Everything depends on the damage done to your phone over the years you used it, but even if the phone is in perfect shape, it should not go for more than 200$.
If you have more damage on it, 100-150$ would be fine, I guess.
