Is it outdated to use an HTC Windows Phone 8.1

Hi all!
I was wondering if there's someone who still uses an HTC Windows Phone 8.1?
I know it's quite old, but I find myself very comfortable using it. It has all the functions I need so it doesn't really bother me.

So do you still use it?
And also, is there any way to modernize it?

Not at all, I'd say it's more practical to use an HTC because it's smaller, cheaper, and overally feels more comfortable. But obviously it suffers in terms of features.

I have an HTC (with Windows Phone 8.1) which I occasionally use when I go to certain trips.
As for the modernisation, then I'm afraid there isn't much you can do. Apart from regular updates, nothing else can be done. You could download an app or two from the store, but you have to remember the store offers become more and more limited. For example WhatsApp isn't working on my HTC WP 8.1 anymore. They disabled their service for it.
