A good habit while charging a smartphone

Well, I'm not ignorant of the time we are in when we constantly need to be abreast with communication, entertainment, research and the like. And because of this, we are often tempted to charge our smartphones while still scrolling up and down on them or hooked up on a power bank. However, I've come to identify with the discipline of giving the phone a breather while the battery charges. I guess that's why the battery has a lifetime so that while we juice it again the phone can rest as well and we can focus our attention on other beauties of life like caring for loved ones and family members. After all the phone charges faster and doesn't unnecessarily heat up.
