Best Sony tablets under $200?

I absolutely love the design of the Sony tablets and their devices in general and i am looking to buy one sooner than later. Only problem i currently have with it is that i am a bit short on my budget so i can only afford a tablet up to $200. Which one would you recommend me and why exactly do you think that one is the best for that money?
I would absolutely love and really appreciate if you could also post a picture of that tablet and some details on it's specification, thanks a lot

For this budget, I would recommend some Sony smartphones as follows:

Sony Xperia L1
Sony Xperia L1
Sony Xperia XA1
Xperia L2

Of course is its price is changing by time but at least you can get one of them with price under $200, quite new and good specifications.
